Why should I use WordPress for my online Store?

There are many ecommerce solutions available on the market: eBay, Square, Etsy, Amazon and many, many more. WooCommerce is the go-to ecommerce platform for WordPress websites. Here are the reasons why many choose this for their online business needs:
Low fees
The basic WooCommerce package is completely free of charge. The only cost to you is your website hosting and the payment processor fees.
No barrier to entry
There are no forms to fill out, or requirements to fulfill. Any store, any size is welcome in the WooCommerce space.
You are in charge
You are 100% in charge of your product offerings, list prices, shipping options and payment strategy.
As with everything in life, there are a couple of drawback associated with WooCommerce that you should be mindful of before starting the project. Unlike the other platforms WooCommerce does not actively promote or market your products. Also, since the software is running on your website, you (or your web developer) will be responsible for keeping the code up-to-date.
